We've worked with Sunderland Council and local charity, Back on the Map, to come up with a selection of five names, but we need your help.
Vote for your favourite in the poll and help us find a name which is truly meaningful to your community.
The vote will be open from Monday 29 June to Friday 10 July 2026.
About the development
We’re building 96 homes at Amberley Street and Harrogate Street in Sunderland - all for affordable rent.
The development consists of:
75 two, three and four-bedroom houses
21 two-bedroom bungalows
We expect first handovers to begin in early 2027, with final handovers in 2028.
