What is an involved customer?
Someone who lives in a Thirteen property or on an estate where Thirteen have properties who would like to take an interest in the services Thirteen offer, help to make a difference and be heard.
How much time will it take me?
You can give as much or as little of your time as you like to fit in with you lifestyle. This could be a quick 5 minutes to fill out a survey or 2 hours in a meeting with other customers and Thirteen colleagues. All of our meetings are hybrid so you can join in person or online using Microsoft Teams. Just because you attended a meeting once doesn't mean you have to go to every one. We understand that people have busy lives and appreciate any time you can give.
What is the purpose of customer involvement?
If you care about where you live and your home you can help us to shape the services that Thirteen provide. You can help to develop a community spirit. Your experiences will give Thirteen valuable feedback to make sure they are compliant with the standards set by the regulator. Being an involved customer gives you the opportunity for your voice to be heard.
Will it cost me anything to be involved?
The short answer is no. All we are asking for is your time. If you need transport to get to a meeting then we will provide this. If you have your own car then you can claim mileage expenses to cover the costs.
