We want to help our local people create great places to live, but each community is unique and has its own challenges. So, we’ve created locality plans for six areas across Teesside where we can tailor our approach and provide community resources.

Unlike previous consultations, this will be carried out by Aaron from the Regeneration and Communities team, who is specifically looking at the Netherfields area and what our residents like and dislike.

Following the consultation, the results will be collated, key issues identified and Aaron will work alongside colleagues from Thirteen and external partners to begin planning work.
