Consultation Summary
In response to what is great about Pennyman House key words included; staff, safe, friendly, good care. In response to what is great about the wider area of North Ormesby keys words included; market, shops, bus stops, born and bred.
Suggested improvements were varied, but keys themes included issues with the lift and interior walls. There were some negative comments regarding the wider environment of North Ormesby including; feeling unsafe in the dark, not knowing what is happening in the area and litter issues.
Overall respondents had a good understanding of who to approach for specific queries within Thirteen, but there was some confusion around the range of services available. A few people expressed an interest in becoming an involved customer, which will be followed up.
