Other Notable Findings:
Most respondents knew how to contact their neighbourhood coordinator, report repairs, pay rent, and make complaints.
Nearly half of respondents rated their likelihood of recommending Thirteen to family and friends as a 10/10, with many others selecting 8 or 9.
