Funding is now available to charities, community groups and not-for-profit organisations to support with the delivery of Youth Activities within Dyke House, Hartlepool. The aim of the grant is to increase the number of young people and families in Dyke House with access to Youth Activities and/or to strengthen the offer that the provider currently provides. We will take your lead on what this looks like, please don't be put off by the wording of a 'project' or 'event' within the application form.

Funding is available for both new groups and those who already work with children and young people within Dyke House. We would love to hear about how you will use the grant to benefit the Dyke House youth community. Applicants can apply for a one off payment up to £1000, and the project should be delivered before March 2026.

Funding will be allocated to those who demonstrate an ability to strengthen their current Youth Activity offer and are able to feed back on the difference the money has made. We will also consider new groups planning to deliver Youth Activity in Dyke House. It will support your application if you can demonstrate young people and families have been involved in developing your proposal and you have considered how the initiative will be sustained after funding has ended.

Please make sure you read the eligibility and exclusion information before applying and reach out if you would like support to apply or have any questions.
