Here at Thirteen we want to make sure that you can have the best experience and enjoy living in one of the beautiful homes in Union Village.
Union Village is extra special as its one of the first in Middlesbrough to have the wonderful communal gardens that are accessible to some of you. The shared greenspace will be exclusively for the surrounding residents of each garden, and are there for your use and enjoyment. We all know how important it is for our mental and physical health to live in a clean place, to feel safe and get to know our community.
We want to get to know you better and, finding out your ideas and suggestions for making Union Village and its' lovely gardens a great place to live.
So please take the time to answer a few questions, and together lets make Union Village a great place where you can thrive.

Thank you for contributing to our survey on Union Village Communal Gardens. We had 24 visitors to the site, of those who contributed, you all liked living in Union Village, enjoyed the Communal Gardens and didn't think there should be a specific time to use the gardens. You also thought it was everybody's responsibility to take care of the gardens.
We are holding a gardening event on the 19th August 2025, 1pm-3pm in Parsons Square / garden. The Thirteen team will be onsite with planting advice and refreshments. All Residents are invited, please come along to get to know your community!
