Consultation summary
Most of the people surveyed knew how to contact Thirteen for various reasons, although more people were unsure who their neighbourhood coordinator was and how to contact them. Most of the people surveyed were not registered with My Thirteen.
Most customers surveyed did not want to become an involved customer or sign up to Your Voice, but those that did will be contacted.
Most of the people surveyed scored over 5 on the services they receive in the communal areas such as cleaning, door entry and gardens.
A high percentage of people surveyed scored over 8 for how likely they are to recommend Thirteen as a landlord.
Some concerns highlighted were around the repair service, timescales, communication and quality and the upkeep and condition of the outside space and green area - linked to the leaves and safety with bikes and cars.
